Other Access System

Maxs Climber is experienced in providing engineered and installed height safety solutions, consisting of horizonal and vertical lifelines. Our team of product engineers and installation experts are able to partner with you to design a height safety system that fits your unique specifications. No matter the installation environment or requirements, we can design a solution to keep you in compliance and your employees safe

TEMPORARY SUSPENDED PLATFORMS

Suspended Rope Platform is ideal use for high-rise buildings. Platform provides workers safer, easier and more efficient platform access. Help to your works done faster and cheaper.

Suspended platform, which is developed and produced by us, is use for building facade construction, decoration, cleaning and maintenance. It is also widely used in elevator installing, ship building and repairing, or in other areas such as big-size tank, bridge, embankment and chimney. Our TSP versatile knock-down platform provides workers safer, easier and more efficient platform access.

Temporary Suspended Platforms have been widely used in the construction industry for

  • Decorating and construction for the external wall, curtain wall of the high-rise building.
  • Repairing, checking and maintenance for the external facade of the building.
  • Construction, Glass or ACP fixing, Building Repair work.
  • Repairing and maintenance for large-scale projects such as large tank, chimney, dams, bridges.
  • Painting and welding work for large ships.

It will save nearly 70% of the construction cost comparing with the traditional scaffolding.

ALUMINUM SCAFFOLDING SYSTEMS

The Mobile Scaffolding Tower is the safest and most user-friendly system on the market today. They are essentially used for low rise building with no roof access and internal atriums. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, the Safe Tower comes with an Advanced Guardrail that can be installed from a lower level.

Our scaffolding tower is 100% aluminium which is even the safer and quicker to assemble and dismantle. A mobile tower which meets the increasingly tighter European regulations regarding the safety of scaffolding towers.

We offer wide variety of scaffolding like Narrow, Wide, Stairway, Extra Large, Extra Reach and Cantilever models.

Advantages of scaffold tower – Top quality aluminium alloy, Quicker assembly and dismantling, Light in weight, compact to transfer, Wheels can be adjusted, Easy lock couplers, Platforms can be dismantled by single person. This revolutionary system offers users more freedom of movement, safer use and easier transport.

FALL ARREST SYSTEMS – LIFE LINE

SAFETY FALL ARREST ANCHORS
One of the critical elements, often overlooked in a Fall Protection System, is the anchorage connector and its attachment to appropriate anchorage. In its simplest form, an anchorage connector is the link between the worker and the anchorage.

Maxs Climber uses only engineered, tested, and certified components, and sets a new industry standard with multiple benefits.

HORIZONTAL LIFELINE
A Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) system is required when a worker needs to traverse an area at height, such as a narrow roof area near the roof edge or along a sloped roof, while still connected and protected by a Fall Protection System. The design of the HLL is a complex process as loads are applied differently than from a single anchorage point.

Where are Horizontal Lifeline Systems used?

  • Flat roofs
  • Under bridges
  • Sloped roofs
  • Planters
  • Crane rails
  • Walkways/ledges
  • Working over machinery
  • Aircraft Maintenance
  • Truck loading and unloading
  • Railway loading and unloading

VERTICAL LIFELINE
A fall restraint system to facilitate with worker’s travelling operation along the vertical surface

  • A tensioned line which is permanently fastened to anchorage at the top end and fastened at lower end to allow tension to be applied to the line; A number of brackets should be installed at intervals as per manufacturer recommendations, or
  • A monorail track system mounted vertically on the surface of travelling to allow tension to be applied to the line.

GLASS REPLACEMENT UNIT

A Glass Replacement Unit (GRU) is an extra hoisting system integrated in the roof car, which suspends a hook between the gondola and the facade. Despite the fact that this extra hook can be used for a variety of purposes, it is mostly used to hoist window panels. When the GRU is used for glass replacement, a suction tool is attached to the hook.

A GRU can also be used to hoist other materials, such as facade signage or rooftop equipment. If a BMU is installed during the construction of a building, then the GRU is often used to hoist building materials. This way, the BMU can be used to facilitate the supply of construction resources.

ABSEILING SYSTEM

Today’s modern and sophisticated building facades need to be maintained and kept clean. This is made easy – and SAFE – with Correct Safety’s abseil and facade access systems.

Abseiling systems are used to access buildings where a BMU is not feasible. The abseiling pipe rail is installed along the perimeter of the building. One end of the rope will be positioned on the stainless-steel pipe rail and from this point the abseilers lower their ropes to reach the cleaning facades. The rail is fixed to the steel support structure at roof level.

Abseiling is a movement that includes going down a vertical surface from a dangerous elevation by rope and a rappelling and outfit framework, all done very nearly in a totally controlled environment and system

Our systems allow for safe and practical access for facade maintenance, and multi-story and high rise window cleaning. Systems are designed to provide you with a cost effective long term solution – also providing you with peace of mind.

ROPE ACCESS SOLUTION

The primary objective when using rope access methods is to carry out the work efficiently, with minimal accidents, incidents or dangerous occurrences. In order to ensure a safe system of work is maintained at all times, whilst avoiding damage to property or harm to the environment, careful planning and documented risk assessments are undertaken for each operation.

The advantage of using rope access methods mainly lies in the safety and speed with which workers can get to or from difficult locations in order to carry out their work, often with minimal impact on other operations, surrounding areas and the environment. Another major benefit is the reduction of the combination of the total man-hours and perceived level of risk for a particular task (man-at-risk hours) when compared with other means of access and their associated risks and costs.

Industrial rope access provides a safe, efficient and effective method of access for confined space entry and egress where required. The techniques used by our operator members within this sector requires that they complete strict and essential safety procedures prior to entry into such spaces. Our members work in a variety of confined space environments, both onshore and offshore, such as silos, storage tanks, access shafts, chambers and pipes. The need to access confined spaces is required for a variety of tasks including inspection, maintenance, repair and cleaning.

UNDERHUNG BEAM SYSTEM

An Underhung Beam is required to position a worker closer to recessed glazing when a roof cornice (overhang) prevents the worker from reaching the desired area. It is a preferred solution for certain buildings where the traditional monorail system is not viable, technically or economically. This product is always custom built and designed by us.

Underhung Beam Features

  • Custom designed & fabricated to work with the building
  • Portable, lightweight aluminium construction, under 75 lb.
  • Ergonomically designed handles for safe ease of use and balance.
  • Short track monorail complete with retaining pins and trolley.
  • Economical operation for use by single operator.
  • Track easy to use preventing mis-rigging experiences.
  • Track easy to remove for inspection.
