Maxs Climber has been designing building maintenance systems in close cooperation with architects, property developers, engineering firms, building owners and construction companies. We ensure that all our project team members work smoothly and competently together. Among the key considerations we will discuss as part of ensuring the building access system uses the most appropriate solutions and is fit for purpose. Precision design work guarantees optimum solutions that provide access to all parts of a facade.
We offer BMUs for low, medium and high-rise buildings, whether they are straight or curved, roofed or roofless. Our solutions outclass the competition primarily in terms of usability, despite the complex challenges that our engineers and developers face.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE UNIT / ROOF CAR ⇡
Maxs Climber specialises in the Design, Manufacture, Marketing, Sales, Installation and Maintenance of Building Maintenance Units and Other Access Equipment.
Our products are manufactured with the latest generation materials and European components that ensures the best solutions to the market access systems, facade maintenance and equipment and cover the full range of Access Equipment’s BMUs including Telescopic Machines, Fixed Jib Machines, Roof Trolleys etc.
A roof car requires a track on the roof for traversing. The access network and reach of roof car depends on the shape, height and load bearing capacity of the structures that support the tracks. The trolley is the base of the machine, which can be of traversing or fixed type. For traversing trolley, The Jib fitted to the turret holds the cradle with the suspension steel ropes and is specially designed to manoeuvre the cradle to reach all building exterior elevation.
We supplying several types of Roof Car and Cradle, like Standard BMU, Trackless BMU, Telescopic BMU, Luffing Jib BMU, etc. with Several features are defined either by rotating trolley, slewing jib arm, telescopic jib, lifting column, luffing jib, and pantographic cradle which selectively devised to suit the building requirements.
MONORAIL SYSTEM⇡
Maxs Climber monorails can be optimized for long or short bracket spacings in best economical way without forgetting aesthetical views. Our monorail system comprises an aluminium track complete with cradles or suspended platforms with either manual or motorized trolleys, depending on the application and project budget.
We have a very wide range of monorail products and offer the best solutions on the market. No building is too complex or unconventional for Maxs Climber monorails. All of our monorails can be fitted indoors and outdoors. The monorails can be mounted to the ceiling or the parapet of a building to conceal it or to promote the architectural design.
The simplicity of the system is the monorail can be bended to follow the contour of the building, it can be either face mounted or ceiling mounted with manual or motorized rollers, the cradle can be configured to various sizes, and multiple cradle or glass lifting winches can be operated within the same monorail and many other advantages.
DAVIT SYSTEM ⇡
Aluminum alloy Davits are installed in buildings where access to rig the cradle from the ground is not possible or desirable. These are equipped with bearing for roof parking. They can be fixed or powered, mounted on either the parapet or roof. Davit system are an economical and simple solution, with two man or solo powered cradle. It can be installed on the parapet walls or the building roofs and are available in options of manual or motorized.
Pair of Aluminium Davits is mounted on brackets, anchored with galvanized steel anchor bolts to the concrete roof slab or parapet of the building. These Swing davits Mast are fixed with brackets and can be removed easily and transported to another brackets. The davits are fabricated from high profile aluminium section. The davits brackets will be steel hot dip galvanized.
High profile Davit allows cradle movements from roof top and ground level as well and also assist in parking the cradle on roof.
POWER CRADLE⇡
All the above roof systems are used to suspend the power cradles. These are typically suspended on four wire ropes and are equipped with hoists, safety brakes and power reelers with 240 kg safe working load. European make or equivalent traction hoists are used to raise or lower the platform. The cradle comprises of different safety features like upper limit, Trip Bar, Down Limit, Protection Buffers, Slewing Castrol’s, Overload Limit etc. with complete safety features as per EN 1808 standards.
The equipment intended to lift operators to their work place at height in order to carry out window cleaning or façade maintenance.
Here Maxs Climber supply several cradles such as Solo Cradle, Standard Power Cradle, Slewing Power Cradle, Pantograph Cradle/Articulated Cradle, Deported Cradle, Cradle with additional basket and Bosun Chair.
PORTABLE JIB⇡
Portable jibs are made out of special Aluminium alloy, making it light in weight and easier for movement from one location to another. Portable jibs are used in pairs. These systems are suited for applications where the maximum reach is not beyond 1.5 meters. Suitably mounted on RCC parapets or straight roof, they after economical and easy-to-handle solutions. They are easily erected, ransferred, relocated to various part of the building. If mounted over ISMB track they could easily be covered into traveling jib for continuous movement.
We have Aluminum Alloy Jibs System in different options.
Manual parapet mounted Jib System with Upper lower bracket.
Manual Roof mounted Jib System with Portable Top
Motorized Parapet Mounted Jib system with ISMB track
Motorised Roof Mounted Jib system ISMB track.
SPIDERMAN RIG⇡
Spiderman Rig are highly acclaimed by clients for the sheer quality and robust performance. These are available at a very nominal price and can be customized as per the requirements within the assigned time. They are independent units which are mounted on the terrace to suspend the Spiderman using counterweights to prevent accidental toppling over.
Spiderman Rig are made out of MS profile sections and are also available in Aluminium as an option. Roof Beams are usually preferred for buildings that have clear space all around terrace floor and that do not have any major projections along the building facade. It’s the simple and economical system for suspend to the Spiderman.
LADDERS AND GANTRIES⇡
Our cost effective, user friendly ladders are manufactured from aluminium, making them light in weight but high on strength, and able to withstand poor weather. Their modular components allow us to tailor site specific solutions.
All of our ladders have non-slip rungs and are compatible with fall protection accessories such as safety cages, safety rails and vertical fall arrest lines. Security accessories including lockable cage gates and lockable ladder doors can also be added to prevent unauthorised access.
Gantries are used for horizontal access over and under roof construction etc. the gantry can either be straight, curve or special design. The gantry will provide safe and stable working area for the maintenance person. It’s also possible to connect suspended platforms under the gantry, for even better access.
Manufactured from innovative aluminium profiles, Maxs Climber ladders and gantries can be used for both internal and external applications and can be manually or electrically driven along aluminium tracks. To provide access to vertical or very steep areas of glazing, we offer a variety of traversing ladders and Gantry systems.
SAFETY EYE BOLTS⇡
Safety Eye Bolts are perhaps the most versatile and economically viable façade cleaning solution available in the world. For buildings with smaller areas of facade or for tall buildings that require infrequent rigging and de-rigging of ropes, the installation of rope access eyebolt anchors may be the perfect solution.
Here Maxs Climber developed the special designed safety eyebolts, in various range of anchorage for operative carrying out facade cleaning or other menial building maintenance operations. Face or soffit mounted anchors are applicable where operatives need to traverse short distances either horizontally or on an incline, alternatively they can be utilised as relay points beneath projections or within recesses. For ease of movement between each anchor when suspended from them, our designers pay particular attention to optimal spacing between eyebolts.
Eyebolt anchors can be roof, face or soffit mounted and can be fixed to a variety of structures, including concrete, masonry or steel work. With roof-mounted anchors we can provide advice on associated parapet protection systems to avoid damage occurring to the parapet or coping.
Trained operatives cling themselves and the equipment with help of ropes & descender unit to these bolts, it’s called Spiderman Style. The two-rope system used its absolutely fool-proof with high degree of safety.
